Registering to Play

All players register through PlayFootball, Football Victoria's official registration platform.You'll need to complete registration before your first match. Once you'reregistered, your team manager will add you to your team's Spond group whereyou'll find everything you need from there.

Dribl is your go-to for all things fixtures and game day. Use it to find upcoming matches, check the ladder, and access match stats.

Spond

For Team Communications
Vic Park FC uses Spond to keep players, families and coaches connected. Once registered, you'll be added to your team group where you'll find training updates, game day availability requests, match information and team messaging. It's the best wayto stay across what's happening week to week. 

Download the app and make sure your notifications are turned on so you don't miss a thing.

Training Schedule

Training times vary by age group. As a general guide, junior players train once a week and senior players train twice a week. Head to your team's page for specific training days and times. Once registered, training session invites will be sent through Spond.

Playing Kit

For Junior players, the club provides your playing shirt on game day. Shorts and socks (in club colours) are available to purchase through the club. Players are responsible for supplying their own shin pads and boots.

For Senior players, playing shirts are available to order and purchase with the club holding minimal stock. Shorts and socks (in club colours) are available to purchase through the club. Players are responsible for supplying their own shin pads and boots.

Game Days

Junior matches are played on Sunday mornings and senior matches on Sunday afternoons. Dribl is the best place for up to date fixtures, results and the ladder throughout the season. Game invites will besent through Spond so you can let your coach know your availability ahead of each match.

Home games are played at Victoria Park, Ballarat. The league includes teams across Ballarat and the surrounding region – Daylesford, Bacchus Marsh, Maryborough and Corangamite – hough not all teams play in all competitions, some travel will be required across the season.

Volunteer Roster & Levy

Vic Park FC runs on the generosity of its members and families. Every team relies on volunteers each week to keep things running – from canteen duties to setting up and packing down the ground, running the boundary lines, and helping with general game day operations. 

All registeredfamilies are expected to contribute to the volunteer roster.

Payment Information

Registration fees are processed through Football Victoria at the time of registration. The club uses bank transfer for other payments where required – details will be provided at the time of registration or on request.
